I put my horn in a flight case when I went to Europe last summer, and during the flight, there was major turbulence. But when it arrived, it was fine... not even a scratch in the case. Make sure that there's no room in the case for the horn to move around. It would be wise to pad the inside with blankets or bubble wrap as well. Other than that, it shouldn't be a problem.
