I have a dilema. I am a euphonium player at a highschool that will lack trombones for the jazz band in fall. They have asked me to play bone in the big band because, "they need someone who can play". So does playing trombone mess up your concept of a good sound, does it make it better? I frankly have no idea. Thanks in advance for your help. Don't kill me bertolet, I have heard both sides of the story.
