I saw Oystein do this in Riva in 97, for the ITEC busking comp (he won). In the schmaltzy bit he gets down on one knee in front of an audience member (ala a theatrical proposition). He picked my wife in that performance!
There's also the low bit which involves some one armed push-ups, and the high note, which he climbed on a chair to play. That's my memory of the event, at least!
