This has been listed in other posts, but in case you have trouble finding it here are the Conn model numbers of which I am aware:

Short stroke tubas (all BBb, detachable bell)
Top Action
20J, 3 valve bell front
21J, 3 valve upright bell
24J, 4 valve bell front
25J, 4 valve upright bell

Front action
22J, 3 valve bell front
23J, 3 valve upright bell (I don't know if these were ever made, but this would have been the number if they were)
26J, 4 valve bell front
27J, 4 valve upright bell
I have never seen a front action, short stroke, 4 valve Conn tuba, but have heard of at least one. These should have been the model numbers if they were ever made. They are not listed in the 1934, 1958, or 1964 catalogs that I have.

26J was also used apparently for a 4 valve top action smaller tuba, but I'm not sure when.

Long stroke tuba mobels (all BBb)
5J, 4 medium bore valve front action, upright bell
10J, 3 medium bore valve top action, upright bell
11J, 3 medium bore valve top action, upright bell
12J, 3 small bore valve front action, upright bell
15J, 3 medium bore valve front action, upright bell
30J, 3 valve top action, bell front (detachable)
32J, 3 valve front action, bell front (detachable)
34J, 4 valve top action, bell front (detachable)
36J, 4 valve front action, bell front (detachable)
80J, 3 medium bore valve front action, bell front (detachable)

Eb tuba
14K, 2 top action valves, upright bell

CC tubas
52J
56J

Sousaphones
10K, 3 valve lightweight "artist model"
14K, 3 valve lightweight model
20K, 3 short stroke valve
21K, 3 short stroke valve, upright bell
22K, 3 short stroke valve, fiberglass model
36K, 3 valve fiberglass model
26K, 3 valve Eb "artist" model
32K, 3 valve lightweight model
38K, 3 valve sousaphone "grand"
48K, 4 valve "Jumbo sousaphone grand"

There were other models of both tubas and sousaphones made, including a whole series of Pan American models, but this is a large portion of the models that Conn made in the 20th century.
