First: Mary Ann, do you remember the name of the presenter?
Second: Alexander Technique has helped me with my TMJ difficulties as have various treatment options prescribed by a dentist who specializes in head/neck/jaw pain relief. In my case it seems to have been a combination of many factors including playing.
