You're referring to Leonard Bernstein's "Divertimento for Orchestra." The seventh movement, "Blues," is scored for brass (including tuba) with jazz mutes, piano, and percussion. A solo euphonium (yes! in an orchestral score!) is heard accompanied by trumpets and vibraphone.
