I know of that little ditty from an LP I've had since I was a kid - but not the record you mention. I can't seem to find it now, but if memory serves it was Harvey Phillips playing the solo part. As for the music being availiable in printed format, I highly doubt it.
If I can find the darn thing I'll post more info. Sorry I can't be more helpful. Your post stirred up a fond memory for one of the recordings that was inspirational for me early on.
