Who cares? If Mr. Brandon will continue to write music for our instruments, you should care? The fact that it is camoflaged in a corporation is good business. He probably has monetary contributors for his work and they, in all likelihood, like the tax deduction - take note that he doesn't charge you for the music if you are accepted!
The fact that Mr. Brandon makes this available to us on this BBS should give you an idea to his commitment to our instruments. He could be offering this to the flutes or clarinets, or god forbid, the trumpets. If you are chosen you get a new work for not only you but for all of us. Not a bad deal, if you ask me.
