A scam? for new music? Pretty crafty, I'd say!!

So instead of a "grant" to get some music for "FREE", why not contact him and ask how much he'd charge you for a commission?

Some of you missed the point of this. Mr. Brandon operates under a corporate umbrella. He may be the only employee. That corporation writes music. He gets paid. He has to solicit for money or he charges to write the music. Pretty simple process.

Ever have a plumber come to your house and do the work for free? He could if he operated a 501(c)3 charitable corporation, got contributions, and as part of the charter had to do the work for free. But that's not how it works. You call him, he comes out, you pay him, he's happy, you're happy. He has a corporation called Joe Bob's Plumbing, you make your check out to Joe Bob's Plumbing. Joe Bob is the only employee. Joe Bob gets paid by the corporation.

Get the picture? No scam. Just honest business.
