I haven't seen a Bach 18E - isn't it a shallow version of an 18? That's still a fairly big rim. I make a Contrabass trombone/Cimbasso series of mouthpieces that is smaller than any tuba mouthpieces but much larger than bass trombone mouthpieces, with your choice of shanks for bass trombone, euphonium, any tuba or anything else for that matter. It might be worth a try. No extra charge for custom shanks.
