The Palmetto Concert Band (80+ musicians)will be performing at the Koger Center (Columbia, South Carolina, next to the University of South Carolina School of Music on Assembly Street). The Concert is at 8:30 PM on Saturday, February 16, 2002. Admission is free and open to the public.
