According to a saxophone website (see below), Buescher is supposed to be pronounced "Bisher". The only problem is that when I pronounce it that way, people look confused and then I have to say Byoosher, (the way most people here in New Jersey say it).
I don't know about Cerveny as I have heard it pronounced "Chervany" but have never been sure that this is right.
