Correct your are on both counts (there being a 40K and the 3 valves). This is clearly not a complete list of all of the tubas or sousaphones that Conn made, but it is a list of many of them.
Conn also made a number of other Eb tubas, especially noteworthy being the 4 valve "Monster" version, an example of which just sold on that auction site. They were great horns, that I have been told can be used to make great CC horns.
