I'm about to sell my tuba collection to help pay for another instrument. I'm sure you've all been there at one time or another!
I'm selling the following instruments, hopefully as one lot;
1) Conn "Lady Face" ("Our Fair Lady") BBb sousaphone, relacquered in 1962, with hardshell case, two mouthpieces. Top playing condition - just got the going-over by Ron Partch, a helluva brass repairman locally. Serial number dates it to 1940. I also have the complete history of this instrument from its former owner, dating back to 1962.
2) Martin silver-plated EEb sousaphone, needs gooseneck and could use a valve replating.
Serial number dates it back to 1930.
3) Boosey BBb helicon, brass, missing two valves. Robb Stewart will machine new ones for $300 each. Needs gooseneck. Serial number dates it to 1916.

Would like to sell all three instruments as one lot for $2000.00. Will accept $1999.99 if I have to! ;)
