I agree with Shane. Just deal with it. We all have had expierences like this at some point in our careers. If this was your worst day so far, your doing OK. Look at it this way: you could be Chinese slave labor carrying a basket of dirt on your shoulders while walking up a hill all day in the rain at the Three Gorges Dam constuction site.
