Sorry for the "bullshit" answer I gave earlier. It is just that I have never met or heard of a professional musician on any instrument who won their job on 3 hours/day of practice. I have heard of many who can sustain their level with 2-3 hours/day.
This discussion reminds me of those abdominal belts which you wear that are electrically powered to drastically reduce your waist/waste line in only 15 minutes/day while you watch television. Maybe someone out there will get "rock hard abs" with it, but for the majority of people it takes good old fashioned hard work. There really is no easy ticket.
