You are correct that it is not Fed Ex's fault that the horn was improperly packed, but one presumes that they may have a bit of experience on how to safely pack items. The way that this horn was packed made it quite obvious that it was a musical instrument, making one wonder why the shipping agent chose to accept it packed as such. That would be where Fed Ex's fault comes in. And for the record, the bozo in question sells several horns a year on eBay. Buyers Beware!
