Contact Neal Campbell at Custom music 1-800-521-6380. The PT 88* is 33.5mm and is now available in a heavy shell design. My other sugesstion is th PT 50* is another suggestion that is available in a heavy shell design, it has a 33.0mm cup with a 8.0 rim. Ask Neal to send you their Mouthiece guide.
