Tony Clements on the west coast (tuba dealer) tells me that he has them. They're not particularly cheap, but I must say that his price is no higher than the "final bid" for one on eBay quite awhile back...so the price is obviously very fair.
If you really think you want a bass shank on a YEP-321, just ask a D.E.G. dealer have them ship you a Weril euphonium mouthpiece receiver.
