Rudolf Meinl now makes a "kaiser bariton", a 5-rotary-valve instrument, available with upright bell, that has a quite large bore. I'm not sure of the specs, but it is significantly larger in all dimensions than the typical european rotary-valved instruments. That's why I would consider it to be a rotary-valve euphonium. They play very nicely. In piston-valve instruments, the Hirsbrunner or Willson is about as large as is available.
