A good exercice I do everyday is in the Bobo's book. Play the exercice at pages 36-37 etc... very slow trying to keep the sound centered. Be sure that you keep your position of the mouthpiece and avoid to move to much your mouth. That will eliminate breaks in the high range. Play it on the CC and the F.
