According to David Majors, whose recital I heard from the choir loft some years ago, the Skinner organ at the Washington Cathedral has a "64-foot basso diapason," running horizontally in the pipe chamber on the second level behind the visible pipes above the choir loft. At least that's how Mr. Majors described it. He demonstrated it, too, but not by itself. Perhaps he was exaggerating.

Thanks for adding meat to my description of the distinction between the harmonically rich diapason pipes and the fundamental-rich flute stops.
