The optional German valve control devices on the St.Petes that were sold via Germany all were made by ELATON (Ernst Langhammer & Sohn), a company that is rooted to the old Bohemia pre WWII Graslitz manufacturers. One of the major rotary valve suppliers in Germany is a company named Meinlschmidt (where many tuba mfgs. buy from). Both are present in the internet with own web sites. Just check thru Google.
