I didn't respond to this before, since I'm hardly the authority, but from the US Army Band website:

Due to the use of public funding, we are only able to offer our recordings to educational institutions, libraries and military organizations. By law, and because of production expenses, we are unable to distribute our recordings to the general public. There is no charge for our recordings.

If you qualify as one of the above agencies, please mail a request on letterhead to: The U.S. Army Band, Attn: Public Affairs Office, 204 Lee Ave., Fort Myer, VA 22211-1199.


Someone recently posted the availability of some recorded concerts (in QuickTime format) and albums (in MP3 format)in the "listening room" of the U.S. Army Band website, linked below.
