We know that it's an appropriate finale to the Army Tuba-Euph conference.
For whatever reason, a movie called "Dive Bomber" (a story about the Navy's development of the first G-suit for aircraft pilots) included that tune as ceremonial music for the memorial service of a LtCmdr Blake.
Nothing more to it than that, although I thought the timing was funny, having heard the live performance 14 hours ago.
