One huge advantage is its not as trendy, so young (and maybe not-so-young) equipment geeks won't be pestering you wanting to know "how much better" a flat wholestep would be on your (typically) Miraphone-type tuba. But seriously, it offers more in-tune combinations for the type of horn it was commonest on (the "German-style" rotaries.)
Plus it looks cooler, and you can get a nifty tuning kicker put on it if you miss the equipment geeks attention.

specific??? work the fingerings out for yourself. Really. Everyone's got their own personal favs that work for them and their horn and their face, right?? If you're asking for a fingering chart, I think Sean has them posted under resources.
