Pretty much says it all. Read the description--it says in two different places:

BBb Full Size .688” (17.47mm) Bore, detachable 19” upright bell, three front-action valves Tuba

then later

The fixed upright (398 mm) yellow brass bell

But the bell isn't detachable, nor is it 19" from the photo. And, given the bore and the bell size (15.5"), this is more of a 3/4 tuba than a 4/4. Combined with a rather spotty feedback rating, it might be prudent to steer clear of this vendor. The tuba might be okay, but think of the grief you'll have if it isn't.

You're probably light years ahead getting a good used horn.
