I own a Kalison Daryl Smith, and I am very happy. The best thing to do is go to the Tuba Exchange(were i got my horn) and sit down and play as many as you, can because they do very from, horn to horn my Intonation is not a problem and i find the horn very pleasing. Yes as Jason said it is not the perfect horn, but it will do. Just sit down and play on then you might find one to your likeing and bring another tuba player with you, another set of ears dosent hurt.
