They are so f---ed up that their almost as bqs as the u.s.government
they sued My friend over arround 80K over late payments and refuded his
good faith offer at rescheduling the payments IN FULL. Instead their
lawers sued him for 110k (interest and court costs PLUS attoryens' fees
[seperate form court costs])and they played the waiting game untill less
then three days before court. Then they setteled for 33K paid at a lesser
monthly rate then the first offer.
Lawers can certinally get in the way sometimes. It's too bad too !
Also I would propose a radical sulution to the bad example proublem.
BUY THEM AND DON'T COMPLAIN ! Anything they can mess up a great (tuba
speicialist) repairman can fix.
