the whole issue here is this horn will NOT be made in Geretsrieg, that it will be in some fancy-pants start-up automated facility. It took a while for yamahaha to get it right, and they did it when the yen was dirt cheap. The business environment of the EU, combined with a flat (read DEAD) market, adds up to a no-brainer-anyone who'd set up a facility to automate tuba production anywhere close to western europe or the british isles today would have to be really really high. But then thats just my abrasive, clearly-stated opinion.
