The Cerveny CFB654-6 has a thumb-operated quint valve where the rotor is after the main tuning slide, so it is a (huge for an F) .820" bore. this lowers it a 5th, so you can play low Bb with thumb valve only. The lever-operated 6th on the left hand is another half-step valve, and can be tuned to a flat half-step. It is a marvelous little F tuba, and has actually been made by Amati/Cerveny for quite a while. The earliest one I know of was from 1981.
