Funny thing, I just called there today, got right through. Dave was in a rehersal but Mike Russo was there.
Here's what I think is the problem - for years Dave used an AOL URL and email. They now have a new URL, www.baltimorebrass.net - pretty slick! Dave's using his old AOL address but how could he answer his email when he's in the middle of a rehersal? Mike has his own email, mike(AT)baltimorebrass.net . Betcha he'll answer quick.
To answer your question, they are there, it's business as usual, if you can't get through to their web site, try calling them!
