I've dealt with David on two different horns via email...I am the king of questions and he replied to every one of my emails quickly...I called him and he returned my call within the hour. He has been more than willing to work with me in shipping horns out, returning horns, etc.
David Fedderly runs a good shop and I would recommend him to anyone, in fact I just did the other day to a guy selling a tuba.
