Nice looking horn, Sam! I'll echo Dale's question about making a CC version.
But I'm not sure that it's the bore size that makes that much difference. I've got a CC here built from a York Master BBb and a Michigan York 4/4 bottom bow and bell with a very short (11") leadpipe. It's wonderfully easy to play, even with an 0.750" bore, so maybe the trick is the leadpipe.
What do you think?
