The recording of David Diamond's "Psalm" on Delos features Gerard Schwarz conducting the Seattle Symphony with Michael B. Russell credited as solo tuba.
The NY Chamber Symphony is on the same CD, playing Diamond's Music for Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet."
