I know you want rotary valves, but just in case someone else gets confused, I want to point out that the Besson 983 has compensating valves, and thus accomplishes the same basic objectives as having five valves. It can play chromatically down to the pedal as easily as a five-valve tuba. For a compensating tuba, having only four valves is not a limitation.

It would be nice if Willson would produce a rotary version of their Eb tuba. The rotary version of their F tuba is a fine instrument if you have the money to spend.
