My kid is teaching in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to suppliment their income while going to graduate school and auditioning for orchestra positions. They have a couple dozen students. The limits only seem to be available time. Dallas/Ft. Worth seems to be the world capital of private music lessons. I would think that you will have no trouble whatsoever, once you make some connections with band directors.
