I would check with a snap-on truck. Depending on where you live you should be able to find a snap-on truck on it route. You could call a few auto repair shops to find out what time of day he comes by. There are other suppliers like northern tools, mac tools, cornwell tools etc. Snap-on and mac will be fairly pricy I'm sure.
