Not knowing a whole lot about the looks of that horn, i'd look into adding a valve into the 4th valve slide. Basically, having somebody make you a replacement 4th valve slide witha rotor in it. That way, it's 100% reversible in 5 minutes.

The same thing could be done to the main tuning slide.

That's .770 bore 20J size valve tubing, isn't it? Crooks off of a 20J and a meinl weston .770 bore rotor or a miraphone 186 valve should work.
