The serial number often can be found on the casing of the 2nd piston. When you have the serial number there are web pages, where you can look up the production year.
It is impossible to estimate the value of the instrument on the basis of the information you give. If you make a thorough series of photos available, some on this board may be able to say, what they would pay for the given instrument. But the ultimate evaluation only can be given on the basis of playing tests.
