The Gregson Concerto has a wonderful sound with full orchestra. It sits high, but the highest note in it is a high G, and that one's optional. If you really have a solid range up to F above the staff, you can probably do it. It's a bit less technical than either the Vaughan Williams or the Broughton, and musically more satisfying.

Both the Vaughan Williams and the Broughton have sections that just sit up high, with no rest (both in their lyrical second movements). The Gregson goes as high, but it doesn't stay there as long at any one time.

The Frackenpohl is also a good one, but it does not use full orchestra as accompaniment, if that is a requirement. It only uses the strings.
