The Inspiron video does not have him using it with the mouthpiece - have not found a video of that yet. To work on it with attacks, put the mouthpiece in the tube, have the inspiron in the exhale (upside down) position. Mr Jacobs had students do various tonguing patters and the idea was to keep the ball up at all times. Yes, it will go down but the idea was to control the ball so it would not go down all the way.
