Either of the units may have converters. The easiest way to tell is to check to see if they have analog ins. You will also need some sort of mic preamp so that you have control of the signal level going to disc. Don't forget phantom power which you will need to get the mics to work. Feel free to email me.

I checked the specs on the Marantz and it has converters. It also has 2 XLR inputs for the mics. You will need a small phantom power box-they usually don't cost very much, or you could go with a mic that uses batteries for phantom power. I personally don't like batteries because it's something else to deal with. Some meic preamps also have built in phantom power. Good Luck
Dynamic mics don't need phantom power but for what you are doing they won't sound as good as condensers.
