Thanks Joe S. for confirming my suspicion. I have also since seen one on E-Bay that is identical except that mine is lacquer, and it is satin silver, but it is indeed a Conn.
The opening for the neck is .687. If anyone has a neck/bitset sitting around that will fit this, please let me know what you'd want for them. I could buy this new for $80, but this is REALLY a toy so I'm trying to keep it cheap.
