Scott,
You've received some wonderful advice, but I also wanted to mention this. Your Cerveny has a short bell that is no doubt near your ear, and is affecting your perception of your sound. When you are playing loudly, no matter how well, it will sound VERY loud to you. One device that has helped me is to practice outside when feasible, or at least in a very large hall, or whatever is available to you. When inside, think of projecting to the back wall, not just on stage. Have fun!
