Thanks Rich, I will ad my own favorites to listen to. Bob Short of the Castle Jazz band is the epitome of "less-is-more". He played with a beautiful sound and was the master of two-beat! Also, Dave Gannett with the Rosie O'Grady's Good Time Band. His version of "When Your'e Smilin"" shouldn't be missed. He is one of the best soloists on record today!!!! Listen-Listen-Listen. Those of us who learned this style from Lee Richardson will remember how much listening as opposed to playing we did at first. It is the only way to go!!!!!
