Thanks for so much information. I have one more question, though. Exactly how flat are the "F" versions if you would happen to know (like maybe a comparison to the Conn Helleberg for example) I think I would rather the flatter rim (I've only played on a normal #3), but not if the rim is too terribly flat (like the Helleberg).
