I don't have any personal experience with the Cervany F tubas but I do own a Cervany Eb tuba, model 641. I checked the website and it looks like the 641's in Eb or F are virtually identical in dimensions. That makes some sense to me since my impression is that the 641 Eb that I own plays like most F tubas I've tried. In that respect, I can tell you that the 641 is a great instrument for high stuff and has a very sweet sound. The low range leaves something to be desired. If you are looking at the 641 F as your main F tuba, I would advise against it. I use my 641 Eb for those few situations that require a very light sound and little, if any, low register playing. These types of applications are very specific and none too common. Just looking at the stats, I would be checking out the 661 model as it has a bigger bore and (on paper at least) looks to be a little more versatile. Good hunting!
