I'm not familiar with tuba stands at all. Do you use them while you are playing, or are they for holding the tuba the way a guitar stand works? How can you sit and play with the instrument in front of you on a stand? Wouldn't you have to twist your body into horrible playing positions to be able to use a stand, or am I not getting the correct picture of what these things are?
