If the shipper goes to a Pak-Mail, has them pack it, hence taking responsibility for any damage, and he ships it UPS Ground, I estimate that it will cost (AT) $150.00 if insured for the Max amount of $3,000. I am sure that others can back me up. I just recieved my F tuba back from GA from an overhaul. Lee packed it well and shipped it UPS Ground. Got here(Las Vegas) in 7 days with no problem. I have shipped tubas and Sousaphones to him from here for anywhere from $50-$120. Before the flamethrowers come out, EVERYONE has a horror story. Use your own judgement. Cheers.
